Using essential oils on acupressure points has been found to enhance the effectiveness of acupressure and acupuncture treatment. Some of the ingredients in Raphael's Light are considered anti-spasmodic and analgesic and are likely to reduce any discomfort associated with these therapies.
If you are having acupressure or acupuncture treatments performed, consider taking a bottle to your practitioner and request they use it during treatment. |

A therapeutic massage is another way to receive the benefits of this product, since it combines the soothing feeling of rubbing to relax muscles with the rejuvenating properties of the essential oils.
To provide an aromatherapy massage
Dispense 1-4 drops of the liquid on your finger tips, or apply directly to the area where relief is desired. Gently massage the affected or surrounding area in a circular motion. Once an area has been covered, allow the product to be absorbed by the skin for approximately 5-10 minutes. Then slowly massage the body or affected area using your favorite massage oil. Remember to manipulate the muscles underneath the skin rather than the skin itself.
It's also acceptable to blend this product with a suitable massage oil or neutral compound and apply it directly to the area of concentration. |
